Observations on apis florea "the dwarf honey bee" in Iran

This article firstly replies to criticisms raised for our first paper and secondly reports the distribution and the biology of Apis florea "the dwarf honey bee" in Iran. The information was obtained from observations of Apis florea colonies in nature, from conversations with local people in the area and also from the collection of published literature. The knowledge was augmented with pictures taken from natural habitats in Ahwaz, Khuzestan state of Iran
